Course Records Will Not Be Accepted by Fax Starting October 1
Starting October 1, the American Red Cross will no longer accept course records by fax. Submitting course records by fax increase errors and delays since faxed copies are often difficult to read and are unclear.
The following methods continue to be available for submitting course records to the Training Support Center:
Enter online through the American Red Cross Learning Center.
The preferred method to submit training records is enter them directly into the Learning Center at https://classes.redcross.org/Saba/Web/Main. This method offers the quickest turnaround time in getting certificates, usually within 24 to 48 hours. Instructors will receive an email as soon as the course record has been approved. Instructors have the option of printing 8 ½” x 11” certificates. Payment can be made by credit card or, in cases where a purchase order is in place, an invoice can be issued.

The Course Record and Course Record Addendum, which are available on Instructor’s Corner, can be submitted to support@redcrosstraining.org. Only one course record and addendum should be included per email. Payment can be made by invoice (with an approved purchase order) or by credit card. For invoice payments, please add the invoice number in the “Comments” section of the course record. For credit card purchases, a note should be made in the “Comments” section of the course record. American Red Cross representative will contact the instructor for the credit card information. Credit card information should not be included on the course record or sent by email.
