Important Update for Instructor and Blended Learning Courses

As part of the launch of Red Cross Digital Certificates, the Red Cross also launched a new, online system for entering and approving course records.

This new system allows instructors to issue digital certificates with the click of the mouse and gives students anytime, anywhere access to their digital certificate. This system was designed for basic-level classroom courses.

Because instructor classes and blended learning courses require that students have access to online content prior to class, there is a different process for submitting course records for them. In addition, more information is needed to create adequate profile records for instructor candidates than the online system allows.

For instructor courses and blended learning courses, you should submit course records directly to the Training Support Center via email or through the mail. Effective immediately course records for blended learning and instructor classes can no longer be submitted online through the Red Cross Learning Center.
