Announcing Red Cross Digital Certificates
The Red Cross Digital Certificate is a first of its kind, online certificate that gives customers, instructors and course participants anytime, anywhere access to Red Cross certificates.
Easy for You
Now, issuing digital certificates and entering course records is as easy as 1-2-3. All you need to do is fill out your course record(s) using our new online system (or visit redcross.org/courserecords) and click submit. Immediately after, students are emailed a link to their Red Cross Digital Certificate – your payment is then handled separately on the next screen. You can also print out 8½" x 11" or wallet-size cards on regular business card cardstock and you can still order printed certificate cards from Red Cross.
Simple for Students
Your course participants will get an email with a link to their digital certificate as soon as you enter the course record online. Participants who do not provide an email address can visit redcross.org/getcertificate and provide some basic information to access their digital certificate at any time. All participants will also have an account on redcross.org where they can access their digital certificate(s) and see their training history. Download the new digital certification flyer to use with your students today.
Get Ready
On October 7, 2013, the new course record entry process will replace the previous process. No action is needed on your part. When you visit the Red Cross Learning Center, you'll be redirected to the new online system. Navigating the new system is straightforward and simple. Don't worry about getting confused – you can find tips and helpful hints by hovering over the text on the forms. You can also get started by looking over these FAQs.
